The festival is a four-day monster, and every day has its logistical beat:
- Champion Day (Tuesday, 10 March): The Cheltenham Roar is the opening event of the week. It is at the busiest time in the morning when everybody tries to arrive at the first race at 1:20 PM.
- Style Wednesday (Wednesday, 11 March): Formerly Ladies Day, this is the peak of fashion. If you’re carrying hat boxes or luxury hampers, you’ll want the extra space of a Mercedes V-Class.
- St. Patrick’s Thursday (Thursday, 12 March): The atmosphere is electric, but the Guinness Village can make the drive home a legal impossibility. A “wait and return” chauffeur lets you enjoy the hospitality without a second thought.
- Gold Cup Day (Friday, 13 March): The pinnacle. This is the busiest day of the year for UK chauffeur services. If you aren’t leaving London by 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, you’re risking a very expensive view of the first race from the back of a traffic jam.
